From 1 October 2025, eConsults for routine GP appointments are available from 8:00 to 18:30.
Requests submitted after 1:00 pm may not be dealt with the same day.
For urgent problems, please submit before 1:00 pm so we can triage effectively and offer a timely appointment.

The is an NHS Zero Tolerance Policy against, shouting, swearing or threatening behaviour, which will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Patients and members of the public who are abusive or threatening towards our staff may be asked to leave. It may sometimes be necessary for the police to be called and patients to be removed from our list.
