If you require an appointment to see the nurse these can be pre-booked in advance, just contact our firendly reception staff today.

Every morning except Thursdays is a (Sit and Wait) clinic. Please attend surgery for this service. Doctors will only see 36 patients. For Emergencies please contact the Receptionist for advice. Doctors and Nurses endeavour to keep waiting times to a minimum. At times, due to emergencies and unforeseen circumstance, Open surgery can run late. There is a triage nurse on duty in the mornings. Patients will be offered the choice of seeing the nurse or the doctor.

Emergency consultations are available on a daily basis. If you need to be seen urgently please tell the receptionist the outline of your problem, so you can be seen appropriately.

If you cannot keep an appointment, PLEASE LET US KNOW. Wasted GP appointments are a huge strain on NHS resource and our practice, we urge you to help us by letting us know if you can't make an appointment.

The Enhanced Access Service is available across three key locations: Thurrock Health Centre, Chafford Hundred Medical Centre, and Stifford Clays Medical Centre. This service is designed with your convenience in mind, offering pre-booked appointments early in the morning, during evenings, and on Saturdays.
